Interstate Moscow
The company has distinguished itself as a pioneer, having opened the first Marriott hotel in 1995 and the first Hilton property in 2008. JHM Interstate India
In 2008, Interstate forged a strategic joint venture with JHM Hotels to develop and operate properties in the world's second most populous country. JHM Interstate Hotels India has quickly established itself as a dominant presence in the market, with several hotels opened or in development and an active pipeline over the next 24 months. The venture has established key relationships with prominent international hotel brands and now offers to hotel owners and developers a third party hotel management model. JHM Interstate Hotels India has also made a substantial investment in the Duet India Hotel Fund, with the opportunity to manage the fund’s hotels. Interstate China
In 2010, Interstate Hotels & Resorts formed a joint venture partnership with Jin Jiang Hotels, China's leading hotel operator and developer, creating Interstate China Hotels & Resorts and pioneering a third-party hotel management model there. Mexico
Interstate Hotels & Resorts, with its 50/50 joint venture partner, The Steadfast Companies, has invested in and operated hotels in Mexico under its affiliate, IHR de Mexico. Currently, Interstate provides asset management services for three existing resorts on the Mexican Pacific coast.
