Interstate Hotels & Resorts' food and beverage services include a wide range of management and support such as concept development, hands-on staff training, and implementation of food and beverage cost controls.

 

The company's experience consists of managing restaurant operations of all national hotel brands, as well as franchised outlets - such as Starbucks® and Pizza Hut® - and a number of free-standing outlets. Two of Interstate's restaurants, The Oakroom at the Seelbach Hilton in Louisville, Kentucky and Rialto at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts were among the fewer than 20 U.S. locations to make Gourmet Magazine’s list of the "World's Best Hotel Dining Rooms."
