New Hotel Projects

At present, Interstate Hotels & Resorts has 25 new hotel projects worldwide under various stages of hotel construction or development. Selected examples include the following:

• Rajasthali Resort & Spa - located in Jaipur, India, the resort is on 25 acres with 54 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, full service spa, cafe and restaurant.
• Six hotels and resorts in Sochi, Russia, site of the 2014 Winter Olympics, that aggregate 1,564 rooms.
• Seven hotels in the Netherlands,  converting from existing office buildings and anticipated to be open by 2012.
• Jade Condo Hotel Residences & Beach Club, Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica - a 190 unit, luxury, condo hotel resort coupled with 50 villas for sale.
• Courtyard and Residence Inn Manhattan/Central Park, New York - a 68-story high-rise located on the corner of Broadway and 54th Street with more than 600 rooms, anticipated to open in late 2013. The building will be the tallest in New York that is dedicated soley to lodging.
• J Hotel, China- a 258 luxury hotel that is part of the signature 128-story Shanghai Tower skyscraper currently under construction in the Pudong district of Shanghai. J Hotel is anticipated to be the tallest hotel in the world upon its expected opening in 2014.
